As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the face of the business, providing consistent, polite, timely, and accurate information and service to customers visiting our casinos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for the casino and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the marketing team by contacting customers with information about events, promotions, and offers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and re-engage declining or lapsed customers.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of casino events and promotions.
  • Work with local and central marketing teams to drive attendance and customer engagement.
