Customer Relations Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Metropolitan Gaming. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for the casino, providing consistent, polite, timely, and accurate information and service to customers.
- Support the marketing team by contacting customers to inform them of events, promotions, and available offers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention, including creating personalized offers and benefits.
- Work closely with local and central marketing teams to develop events and promotions that drive attendance.
- Participate in customer feedback follow-up to ensure customers feel valued and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of casino games and theoretical, actual, and comp ratios.
- Ability to speak an additional language (desirable).
