As a Customer Relations Host, you will be the face of our business, responsible for delivering an outstanding level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers warmly and making them feel at home
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
- Delivering an excellent quality experience across leisure, food, and beverage
- Providing an outstanding level of service through selling
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, and safer gambling
- Maintaining immaculate operational standards in all areas of food, beverage, and reception
The salary for this role is £30,680 per annum (full-time).
As a valued team member, you'll receive a number of benefits, including a share of uncapped tips, premium pay allowance after midnight, free meal on shift, opportunity for overtime at 1.5 hours, an exciting and full social calendar, and 50% off food and soft drinks at Mecca and Grosvenor venues.
