Customer Relations Executive

Metropolitan Gaming Group is a leading gaming and leisure brand that offers exceptional experiences to its customers. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the face of the business, responsible for delivering a positive experience to all customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for providing information and support to customers, promoting events and offers, and developing relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Promote events and offers to customers
  • Develop relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Support the marketing team in the development and delivery of casino events and promotions
  • Participate in customer feedback follow-up to ensure customers feel valued and improve the overall customer experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
