A Day in the Life
As a Strategic Account Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Medtronic business strategic relationships at the Senior/C-Suite level with Enterprise accounts in Wales. You'll lead high-performance account teams, manage account-level operating mechanisms, and create plans for Enterprise accounts to deliver expected growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Enterprise accounts
- Lead high-performance account teams and manage account-level operating mechanisms
- Create plans for Enterprise accounts to deliver expected growth objectives
- Work in collaboration with local Operating Units, Integrated Health Solutions, and other Medtronic stakeholders to lead change and maximize opportunities in Enterprise accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous successful experience working in a regulated industry in Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma in a multinational environment with a significant matrix component
- Extensive customer and market knowledge, ability to anticipate changes, and help to address unmet customer needs
- Proven ability to develop and establish long-term strategic relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders
