A Day in the Life

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at our key enterprise accounts in Wales.
  • Lead high-performing account teams and drive account-level operating mechanisms.
  • Create and execute plans to drive growth, add value to customers, and enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to lead change and capitalize on opportunities in enterprise accounts.
  • Manage pricing and tenders, and achieve account and customer key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a regulated industry, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals, with a multinational environment and matrix component.
  • Extensive customer and market knowledge, with the ability to anticipate changes and address unmet customer needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and establish long-term strategic relationships and alliances with key stakeholders.
  • High-level communication and presentation skills.
