A Day in the Life
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at our key enterprise accounts in Wales.
- Lead high-performing account teams and drive account-level operating mechanisms.
- Create and execute plans to drive growth, add value to customers, and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to lead change and capitalize on opportunities in enterprise accounts.
- Manage pricing and tenders, and achieve account and customer key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a regulated industry, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals, with a multinational environment and matrix component.
- Extensive customer and market knowledge, with the ability to anticipate changes and address unmet customer needs.
- Proven ability to develop and establish long-term strategic relationships and alliances with key stakeholders.
- High-level communication and presentation skills.
