A Day in the Life

As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you'll develop and maintain Medtronic's business relationships with senior-level executives at our most important customers in Wales. You'll lead high-performance account teams, create and execute plans for Enterprise accounts, and deliver expected growth objectives.

Must Haves

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and previous experience working in a regulated industry in Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma. You'll also need extensive customer and market knowledge, ability to anticipate changes, and help to address unmet customer needs.

Nice Haves

While not required, high personal agility, adaptability, and resilience are highly valued in this role. Additionally, project management experience, especially with large and complex projects, is a plus.
