We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Land & Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, promoting, and delivering planning consent on land with medium to longer term potential for residential development.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong knowledge of the land market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering time-critical projects within programme and budget.
Key Responsibilities- To directly assist the Strategic Land Director in achieving the Company's business objectives.
- To manage the integration of strategic land assets.
- To build and develop ongoing strong relationships at all levels with key individuals and groups of interested parties in the land acquisition and planning process.
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company bonus scheme, company car or car allowance, private pension, private healthcare and cash plan options, 28 days' annual leave, cycle to work scheme, share save scheme, and gym membership discounts.
