Job Opportunity: HR Advisor

Alexander Steele Recruitment is partnering with a leading food manufacturer in Worcestershire to find a skilled HR Advisor. This role involves supporting the HR Manager in managing employee lifecycle processes and working on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support the HR function in managing employee lifecycle processes.

* Establish strong relationships with staff across all levels of seniority, immersing themselves in daily operations, identifying areas of HR process improvement, and carrying out ad hoc project work.

* Streamline existing HR processes and procedures.

* Establish strong relationships with both permanent and agency workers.

Requirements:

* Experience within the food industry or manufacturing background.

* Experience in a HR role at a similar level within a food or manufacturing business.

* Level 5 HR qualification (beneficial but not essential).

* Demonstrated clear examples of HR delivery.
