Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to lead our team of support workers in delivering high-quality care to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times
  • Recognize and support service users in maximizing their choices, rights, and decisions
  • Ensure the successful candidate has a NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and experience working with young people with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Experience working with young people with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
