Job Description

The Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  2. Proactively seeking out new leads and opportunities through various channels.
  3. Developing proposals aligned with client needs and working closely with the legal team.
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and interactions in Pipedrive.
  5. Using Pipedrive to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
Requirements
  • Frequent travel may be required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
