We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at New Appointments Group in Folkestone.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP, particularly in Sales and Materials Management modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily order entry onto SAP, ensuring accuracy by verifying delivery addresses, products, prices, and stock levels.
  • Obtaining Automatic Shipping notes from third-party distributors.
  • Controlling the release of orders to ensure customer delivery dates are met.
  • Maintaining effective communication on specific requirements with third-party distribution partners.
  • Managing customer invoice queries and resolving non-compliance issues.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of data entry into mainframe computerised business systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Digitally competent and confident.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Numerate and accurate with figures, with strong attention to detail.
