Teaching Assistant for SEN Pupils

- Support students with SEN in their academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other specialists to develop personalized education plans.
- Assist students during classes, breaks, and other school events.
Estimated Salary: £18,720 - £21,780 per year (based on £90 per day)
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored support to SEN students through one-on-one or group sessions.
- Prepare resources and materials to enhance learning experiences.
- Desirable to have experience working with children with SEN.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a calm approach when dealing with diverse student needs.
- Hold relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) or be willing to acquire them.
- Local commute to Dunstable and possession of a full driving license.
