Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at one of our Partnership Schools. As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to pupils with a range of needs, including physical disabilities, complex medical conditions, and autism. Your duties will include:
  • Providing individualized support to pupils in various learning contexts, such as the classroom, local environment, and community.
  • Empowering pupils with SEN to achieve their educational and personal goals by promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Participating in physical intervention and personal care routines, if required.
