Support Worker in SEN Setting
We are seeking a caring and experienced support worker to join our team at a specialist SEN school in Bedford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, many of whom have complex needs.

Our school uses a holistic approach to education, addressing the physical, emotional and academic needs of our students. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide individualised support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their goals.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support across all areas of the curriculum.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and identify areas for further support.
  • To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £85-95 per annum, dependent on experience. The role also offers AWR compliance after 12 weeks, making it an attractive opportunity for someone looking to advance their career.
