Teaching Opportunities in SEN Education

We are working closely with a SEN Secondary School situated in the UK to recruit a qualified Cooking Instructor from January 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cooking educator, as there is brand new equipment and appliances available.
The role involves teaching Science to Year 7 - Year 11 SEN class only. The successful candidate will have previous knowledge/experience dealing with SEN children in any capacity. A highly knowledgeable individual in the SEN sector will thrive in this position.
Key Requirements:- Able to teach Cooking with a focus on SEN students
- Highly knowledgeable in the SEN Sector
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
- Good understanding and practice of Safeguarding
- Able to monitor and control behaviour in the classroom
- Contribute to the values, ethos and development of the school
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, paid weekly, with opportunities for professional development and growth. Estimated salary: £30,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
