Job Overview

Homes for Students is a leading provider of student accommodation, and we are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and contributing to the smooth operation of our student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and informative service to students and visitors
  • Manage customer and visitor inquiries through various channels
  • Support the operations team and General Manager with administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
