Job Title: Community Health Assistant

The Thorpe Practice is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Community Health Assistant. As a Community Health Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions, checking medicines, and issuing medications to patients.
  • Support the completion of audits, including monitoring blood tests, recalls, and reviews using established protocols.
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate patient medication records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:
