Job Title: Community Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Development Assistant to join our team at Jobsign KLG in Sheffield.

About the Role:

  • You will assist in the planning, delivery, and monitoring of a range of activities for children and young people, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • As a key member of our Community Team, you will support the delivery of programmes and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
  • You will also be responsible for transporting staff and equipment safely using our Community Team van.

About You:

  • Experience of working with children, families, and communities is essential.
  • You should have experience of planning, delivering, and reviewing activities and projects, as well as analysing data and reports to produce improvement plans.
  • Able to work as part of a team, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
