Job Title: Community Support Professional

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team in Sheffield as a Community Support Professional. This part-time role will involve working with clients in Walkley, Stannington, and Crookes, providing support and care in their own homes or in the community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social inclusion: Sourcing activities for individuals to participate in, promoting social interaction and reducing feelings of loneliness.
  • Employment and education assistance: Helping individuals achieve their goals through education, training, or employment opportunities.
  • Behaviour management: Managing challenging situations and behaviours, ensuring the safety and well-being of both the individual and others.
  • Daily reporting: Writing accurate and factual reports on daily activities, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Privacy and dignity: Promoting and ensuring the privacy and dignity of all individuals receiving support.
Requirements:
  • A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Weekend availability to accommodate client needs.
