Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Executive to join our team in Southampton, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through innovative solutions.
As a Service Sales Executive, you will be the go-to person for customers, keeping in touch with assigned customers and reaching out to them as enquiries come in. You will gather feedback on current product/solutions performance, discuss new opportunities, present new products/solutions, and facilitate their discussion with inside company technical experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in internal sales, fluent English language skills, and key competencies including providing customer service, building and maintaining relationships, taking risk and innovating, and demonstrating ethics and integrity.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth, we encourage you to apply.
