Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing 50+ retail and carrier stores in a dedicated geographical territory.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Increased Sell-through and Market Share:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase sell-through and market share for each store within the designated territory.

  • Build Relationships and Train Retail Partners:

    • Build strong relationships with retail partners and direct/indirect carrier stores to share knowledge through training, driving brand advocacy.
    • Cultivate group meetings, incentives, in-store and virtual group training, and other strategic activities to promote sales growth.

  • Data Collection and Reporting:

    • Collect and analyze data using Mosaic systems to provide market-level insights and reporting on sales performance, market intelligence, and competitive activity.

  • Maintain High Visibility in Stores:

    • Ensure a consistent presence in designated carrier and retail stores within assigned territory.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent:

    • A relevant degree is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • 5+ Years of Combined Sales Experience:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail business and/or wireless industry.

  • Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to analyze sales and market data to provide consultation and correction for under-performing stores.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills:

    • Foster strong relationships with retail partner store and district field leadership to collaborate on sales growth strategies.

  • Training and Development:

    • Coordinate and lead formal/informal training events on product features and benefits within stores and markets.

  • Physical Demands:

    • Ability to carry up to 25 pounds.

  • Familiarity with Google Services:

    • Knowledge of Google Drive, Meet, Duo, Gmail, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.

Estimated Salary Range: $51,000 - $65,000 per year
