Deposit Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Deposit Manager to join our team at Connells Group UK. As a Deposit Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support services and administration to our branches, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with landlords, tenants, branch staff, and client accounting to ensure a smooth transition throughout the deposit process.
- Administer Tenancy Deposit Scheme referrals and draw up schedules of costs based on checkout reports.
- Mediate and negotiate between parties regarding the disposal of deposits.
- Ensure prompt and proper payments are instructed regarding contractors and deposits.
- Outstanding customer service skills and solid administration skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and strict standards, with a focus on organization and prioritization.
- Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented, with solid influencing skills and ability to negotiate with third parties.
- Confident verbal communicator with excellent letter writing skills and IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems).
