We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Deposit Manager to join our team at Austin & Wyatt. As a Deposit Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and branch staff to ensure a smooth transition throughout the deposit process.
  • Administer Tenancy Deposit Scheme referrals and ensure that relevant payments are instructed promptly and properly.
  • Mediate and negotiate between parties regarding the disposal of the deposit.
  • Draw up a schedule of costs based on the checkout report.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, landlords, and tenants.
Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work with diverse clients.
  • Solid administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to strict standards.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
