We specialise in properties for sale and properties for rent as well as offering a wide range of property services, including property management, property surveys, and independent mortgage advice.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join our successful team at our busy Lansdowne office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and facilitating property viewings
- Facilitating negotiations between landlords and prospective tenants
- Securing comprehensive references from employers, banks, former landlords, and conducting personal and credit searches
- Maintaining precise records and information in Jupix (lettings software)
- Drafting and finalising tenancy agreements and legal notices for signatures
- Overseeing online advertisements, regularly updating window displays, and ensuring website information is current
- Performing various responsibilities within a compact property management team
- Ensuring Check Out reports are carried out promptly after a tenant vacates
- Liaising with Landlord, Tenant and Contractor to arrange for any dilapidations to be carried out in a timely manner
- Following the TDS (Tennant Deposit Scheme) guidelines to ensure the return of a tenant’s deposit
- Raising a dispute via the TDS when necessary

**About you**:

- Possess a minimum of two years of experience in the property industry.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, confidence, and ambition.
- Showcase excellent organisational and computer skills.
- Exhibit the drive and capability to meet monthly team targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to engage with diverse individuals in a friendly yet firm manner, both over the phone and in person.
- Hold a valid driver's licence, own transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Capable of working independently with initiative and seamlessly within a team.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional performance.

**Hours of Work**

Monday - Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm with one hour break for lunch (not paid). Alternate Saturdays, 9.00 am to 4.00 pm with half hour lunch break (not paid). Lunchtime is to be arranged in conjunction with other members of staff to enable the office to remain manned.
