Deposit Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deposit Manager to join our team. As a Deposit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and branch staff, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the deposit process.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and branch staff to ensure a seamless deposit process.
- Administer Tenancy Deposit Scheme referrals and ensure prompt and proper payments.
- Draw up a schedule of costs based on the checkout report and mediate disputes between parties.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Resilient and positive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
