Senior Business Change Manager

We are working with a leading UK property developer and manager to find a Senior Business Change Manager to support the delivery of their transformation programme.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the People team to appoint talent into new roles and recruit externally where necessary. They will also identify the scope, approach, and engagement plans to deliver and embed effective change in people, process, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust across the stakeholder community and inspire teams to want to change
  • Provide the right level of support and empowerment to ensure changes are embedded and long-term benefits are realised
  • Embed changes and implement control measures to ensure new ways of working and behaviours are delivering business benefits
