Job Description

Job Title: Lead Researcher - Transformation Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Researcher to join our Transformation Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research activities, collaborating with the research team, and promoting our research in the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research activities, including conducting interviews and analyzing transcripts
  • Collaborate with the research team to promote our research in the NHS
  • Effectively use supervision and contribute to team meetings
  • Carry out other duties as agreed with the research team

Requirements:

  • Grade 4/C GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Experience of conducting research interviews with people with lived experience of psychosis
  • Experience of analyzing and writing up qualitative research studies
  • Experience of promoting research through public engagement activities
  • Knowledge of Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) and co-production
  • Skills to support people who may be distressed and vulnerable, and manage risk appropriately
