Job Title: Applications Product Specialist

CK Group is seeking a skilled Applications Product Specialist to join a diagnostics company in South Wales on a contract basis for 9 months.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to provide application, technical, and scientific support to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, delivering sustainable solutions, and providing on-site support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide application, technical, and scientific support to internal and external customers
  • Handle customer enquiries from the acceptance of application product problems through to case resolution
  • Deliver sustainable solutions for support cases
  • Provide on-site support activities
  • Deliver customer training
Requirements:
  • Degree educated in a relevant biomedical discipline
  • Previous experience of working in a hospital or research laboratory (strongly desired)
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)
  • Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural team environment (strongly desired)
  • Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving licence
  • Passport (required for overseas training)
