Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to provide technical support and solutions to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, delivering sustainable solutions, and providing on-site support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and solutions to internal and external customers
  • Handle customer enquiries from application product problems to case resolution
  • Deliver sustainable solutions for support cases
  • Provide on-site support activities
  • Deliver customer training
Requirements:
  • Degree educated in a relevant biomedical discipline
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or research laboratory (strongly desired)
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)
  • Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural team environment (strongly desired)
  • Full UK/EU driving licence
  • Passport required for overseas training
