Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their new CAMHS inpatient facility. This state-of-the-art facility is a collaboration between the private sector and the local NHS trust to address a void in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas for young people to be placed in a CAMHS facility closer to home.

The facility will have 12 inpatient beds for children aged 13 to 18. As a dedicated RMN nurse, you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Full Time) or a minimum of 13 hours per week (Part Time). The shift structure will consist of 3 weeks of 3's and 3 weeks of 4's.

We are looking for an experienced RMN nurse who has a valid NMC registration, free of cautions and convictions unless justifiable. You will be provided with an industry-leading benefit package that includes:

  • £5,000 Welcome Bonus (This will be Pro-Rata for part-time)
  • 3 weeks of working 3's and 3 weeks of working 4's
  • Equivalent of 33 days Annual leave + birthday off
  • Free Car parking and Free meals on shift
  • CIPD training and development

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working within a Mental Health setting, whether this be Acute, PICU, Community, or Forensic. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
