We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Site Manager to join our team at Edinburgh Academy Senior School in Edinburgh, EH3 5BL. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in maintaining the overall appearance of the school site and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas of the school site are clean and tidy at all times. You will also be responsible for ordering cleaning supplies, maintaining equipment, and conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a cleaning chargehand or school site manager in an educational or institutional setting.
  • Solid knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety precautions while operating them.
