Job Description:

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the management of construction sites to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects. This will involve leading site teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading site teams: Directing and motivating site staff to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Logistics coordination: Organizing the supply of materials, equipment, and labor to meet project requirements.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all site activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Coordinating site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CSCS Card: Holding a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS: Possessing a valid Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate.
  • First Aid: Having a valid first aid certificate.
  • Driving Licence: Holding a valid driving license.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave.
