Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to review project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Effectively manage suppliers and subcontractors to meet project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of materials and tools.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to site personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Financial Management: Monitor costs and ensure alignment with project budgets, making recommendations for cost optimization where necessary.
  • Reporting and Communication: Develop and maintain accurate, transparent reports on project status, including daily and weekly records, and health and safety metrics.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in site operations management, with expertise in international travel and adaptability in fast-paced environments. A driving license and valid passport are essential requirements, along with COVID vaccination and a clean criminal record.
