Salary:£50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Description

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices. You will be working closely with our site engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our hospital sites.

  • Provide day-to-day support to our hospital sites, including dealing with client enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and contractors.
