Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Access Talent Group. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will be responsible for managing construction sites to achieve project delivery, maintaining health & safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering multiple projects to specified quality, programme, and commercial performance. You will work closely with our Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, and Site staff to ensure projects are completed safely and meet customer requirements.

In this role, you will enforce HSE compliance, prepare HSE plans, and implement Quality control to avoid defects. Additionally, you will maximise commercial performance, control site labour and sub-contractors, and manage site records and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction sites to achieve project delivery, maintaining health & safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.
  • Deliver multiple projects to specified quality, programme, and commercial performance.
  • Work with Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, and Site staff to ensure projects are completed safely and meet customer requirements.

Requirements:
  • CSCS Card, SMSTS or SSSTS or IOSH qualification.
  • Good record-keeping skills and computer literacy.
  • Valid UK driver's license and ability to work with design teams and Clients to achieve project delivery.
  • Understanding of commercial requirements, including Conditions of Contract, contract specifications, and Health & Safety.
