Pharmacy Business Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pharmacy Business Manager to drive profitable sales and build strong relationships within the independent pharmacy sector.

About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Business Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through effective planning, detailing, and merchandising. You will also educate and influence pharmacy staff on product benefits to drive recommendations, develop new business opportunities within your territory, and maintain accurate records and complete all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Sales: Achieve sales targets through effective planning, detailing, and merchandising.
  • Educate & Influence: Train pharmacy staff on product benefits to drive recommendations.
  • Territory Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Efficient Administration: Maintain accurate records and complete all administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Health & Beauty and are accustomed to traveling within a designated territory.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and CRM systems.
  • Education: Good standard of general education, including Maths and English.
