We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Manager at our private hospital in Reading. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmacy services in accordance with current legislation and clinical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice to consultants, other clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines across the hospital.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality pharmacy services.
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects and audits within the pharmacy department.
- GPhC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in a UK hospital setting.
- Managerial experience in a pharmacy setting in the UK is essential.
- Awareness and knowledge of Oncology Pharmacy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
