- Lead, motivate, and effectively manage the pharmacy team, fostering excellent leadership.
- Advise on safe medicine management for the hospital and its departments, maintaining compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
- Drive quality improvement projects and audits within pharmacy, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Promote a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to delivering efficient, high-quality healthcare services.
Requirements:
- Be General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) registered, with no restrictions or conditions.
- Have experience working in a clinical setting as a Pharmacist.
- Hold leadership/managerial experience in a Pharmacy setting.
- Have awareness and knowledge of Oncology Pharmacy.
- Share evidence-based practices with colleagues to enhance service and standards.
