About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Health and Care Management Ltd. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide administrative support to our Case Managers and Operations Managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of non-clinical services to our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Operations Managers, including data entry, case noting, and message taking.
  • Assist with the production of professional reports, referral letters, and general correspondence.
  • Support the management of clients' files, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Utilize our Case Management System (CMS) and MS Office software to perform administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient keyboard and computer skills, with experience in MS Office software.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, with a high level of organization and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a caring and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
