About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Health and Care Management Ltd. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide administrative support to our Case Managers and Operations Managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of non-clinical services to our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Operations Managers, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the production of professional reports, referral letters, and general correspondence to support the effective management of clients' rehabilitation.
  • Support the management of clients' files, including charging and invoicing, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Work in line with agreed service standards, KPIs, and timescales to deliver full administrative services, including answering calls, managing emails, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Proactively manage your task list, prioritizing work as needed to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Regularly use our Case Management System (CMS) and MS Office software to perform administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic individual with excellent administrative skills and proficiency in keyboard and computer skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accuracy in case noting, data entry, and message taking, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • At least 1 year of administrative/clerical/clinical support/care and/or rehabilitation case management-related experience.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, including Math and English.
