About the Role

You will support Case Managers and Operations Managers within the Multi-track and CAT teams, ensuring the effective delivery of rehabilitation services through comprehensive administrative assistance. Your role will be pivotal in achieving customer satisfaction and adhering to quality and revenue benchmarks as outlined in contractual agreements and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to assist clients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide logistical support to the Rehabilitation Case Manager, including travel arrangements and transportation for meetings and visits.
  • Contribute to the creation of professional documentation, including reports, referral letters, and correspondence, to enhance the management of client rehabilitation.
  • Assist Case Managers in ensuring accurate billing and invoicing of client files in accordance with established practices and contractual agreements.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative services in alignment with service standards, KPIs, and timelines, including managing phone inquiries, handling correspondence, and producing documents.
  • Independently manage your task list while collaborating with Case Managers and Operations Managers to prioritize work effectively.
  • Utilize the Case Management System (CMS) and MS Office proficiently, along with other office equipment and databases.

Desirable attributes include:

· Familiarity with social care and NHS services.

· Understanding of the personal injury rehabilitation sector and relevant experience.

· At least one year of experience in administrative, clerical, clinical support, or rehabilitation case management roles.

· A minimum of five GCSEs, including Mathematics and English.
