Your role will be pivotal in achieving customer satisfaction and adhering to quality and revenue benchmarks as outlined in contractual agreements and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to assist clients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Provide logistical support to the Rehabilitation Case Manager, including travel arrangements and transportation for meetings and visits.
- Contribute to the creation of professional documentation, including reports, referral letters, and correspondence, to enhance the management of client rehabilitation.
- Assist Case Managers in ensuring accurate billing and invoicing of client files in accordance with established practices and contractual agreements.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative services in alignment with service standards, KPIs, and timelines, including managing phone inquiries, handling correspondence, and producing documents.
- Independently manage your task list while collaborating with Case Managers and Operations Managers to prioritize work effectively.
- Utilize the Case Management System (CMS) and MS Office proficiently, along with other office equipment and databases.

Desirable attributes include:
· Familiarity with social care and NHS services.
· Understanding of the personal injury rehabilitation sector and relevant experience.
· At least one year of experience in administrative, clerical, clinical support, or rehabilitation case management roles.
· A minimum of five GCSEs, including Mathematics and English.
