About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented administrators to facilitate the delivery of non-clinical services to our clients and customers. This role supports Case Managers and Operations Managers within our Multi-track and CAT teams, ensuring the provision of rehabilitation services through effective administrative assistance. You will play a key role in achieving customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and revenue standards as outlined in contractual agreements and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain meaningful professional relationships with clients, families, and all stakeholders to assist clients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide logistical support to the Rehabilitation Case Manager, including travel arrangements and transportation for meetings and visits.
  • Contribute to the creation of professional documentation, including reports, referral letters, and general correspondence, to aid in the effective management of client rehabilitation.
  • Assist Case Managers in ensuring that client files are accurately charged and invoiced in accordance with established practices and contractual agreements.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative services in line with agreed service standards and KPIs, including handling incoming and outgoing communications, document management, data entry, and more, while working under the guidance of a Case Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Proactively manage your own task list within set deadlines, prioritizing work effectively in collaboration with Case Managers and Operations Managers.
  • Utilize the Case Management System (CMS) and various software tools proficiently, including MS Office, to support daily operations.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of social care and NHS services.
  • Understanding of the personal injury rehabilitation sector, with prior experience in this field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, clerical, clinical support, or rehabilitation case management roles.
  • At least 5 GCSEs, including Math and English.
