Client Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our team at the Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and supporting the smooth operation of our busy practices in Chesham and Amersham.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with clients and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients
- Efficiently booking appointments and managing diaries
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly and empathetically
- Taking payment for services and products accurately and securely
- Managing cash and end-of-day banking diligently
- Cleaning and preparing rooms for consultations
- Ensuring the practice is opened and closed safely and securely

The salary for this role is approximately £23,878 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits, including 6.6 weeks' annual leave and enhanced family-friendly policies.
