Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team in the Sheffield office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

About the Role

This is a key role that requires a skilled Pensions Administrator to monitor team activity and coordinate workload in line with SLAs. The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Monitor team activity and coordinate workload effectively.
  • Write and maintain knowledge documents, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to legislation.
  • Share best practice with colleagues through process and tool training.
  • Be a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting the Manager.
  • Coordinate and participate in projects that will impact the work of teams and domains.

You will be working closely with the Management team to deliver results-driven initiatives and drive business growth.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Pensions administration experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent team player skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to provide ongoing quality.
  • A good understanding of Word and Excel.
