Wealth Management Administrator Role

Delighted to present a unique opportunity with a highly regarded national Independent Wealth Management organisation, based in the Sheffield area, seeking an experienced Administrator to join their client services team. About the OrganisationNJR Recruitment's esteemed client holds an excellent reputation within the industry, providing whole of market advice to both private clients and business owners. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to expansion and growth, offering a talented individual the chance to be part of a dynamic team.
Working predominantly from home, with two days a week in the office, this role will suit someone with experience in an IFA / Wealth Management Practice, possessing strong product knowledge, mainly within HNW Pensions & Investments. While those with minimal experience in these fields will also be considered, proficiency in whole of market product knowledge and strong use of Provider Platforms are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's
- Prepare correspondence, including letters and emails
- Main point of contact for IFA's, clients, life offices, and members of the business
- Maintenance of all administration systems
- Diary Management
- Assist with the management of the IFA's portfolio of existing business
- Prepare new business and review packs
- Undertake general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning duties

In line with current market standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry requirements.
