Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team in Sheffield. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home 50% of the time and in the office 50% of the time.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing ongoing quality. They will also have experience in pensions administration and be proficient in Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processes, clients, systems, and tools.
  • Monitor team activity and coordinate workload in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Produce and analyze reports as required for internal and external clients and requirements.
  • Identify issues with processes handled in teams and drive a process to find and implement solutions.
  • Implement changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.
  • Increase the level of processing knowledge and drive continuous improvement in all areas of processing.
  • Write and maintain knowledge documents, keeping them up-to-date and incorporating changes to legislation.
  • Share best practice with colleagues through process and tool training.
  • Take part in both internal and external audits.
  • Be a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting the Manager.
  • Coordinate and participate in projects that will impact the work of teams and domains.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Pensions administration experience.
  • A team player who can work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
  • Understanding of Word and Excel.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a discretionary bonus, pension and life assurance scheme, private medical care, cycle to work scheme, virtual GP, employee assistance program, workplace savings scheme, and two Global Wellbeing Days per year.
