Lead Pensions Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team in Sheffield. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home 50% of the time and in the office 50% of the time.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing ongoing quality. They will also have experience in pensions administration and be proficient in Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processes, clients, systems, and tools.
- Monitor team activity and coordinate workload in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Produce and analyze reports as required for internal and external clients and requirements.
- Identify issues with processes handled in teams and drive a process to find and implement solutions.
- Implement changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.
- Increase the level of processing knowledge and drive continuous improvement in all areas of processing.
- Write and maintain knowledge documents, keeping them up-to-date and incorporating changes to legislation.
- Share best practice with colleagues through process and tool training.
- Take part in both internal and external audits.
- Be a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting the Manager.
- Coordinate and participate in projects that will impact the work of teams and domains.
- Pensions administration experience.
- A team player who can work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
- Understanding of Word and Excel.
The salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per year, depending on experience.
