Requirements
  • Proven experience as a team lead or manager in pension administration, preferably with a third-party administrator or in-house occupational pension scheme.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software, systems, and technologies.
  • Professional qualifications such as PMI's Certificate in Pensions Calculations and/or Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision are desirable.
What We Offer

Broadstone offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
