Aon is seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our team in Sheffield.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work 50% of your time from home and 50% in our office, allowing you to connect with colleagues while maintaining a great work-life balance.

As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions and queries to agreed timescales. You will follow client-specific requirements to meet each client's needs, working towards required levels of technical knowledge and behavioural standards.

You will build strong relationships with client teams, representatives, and third-party providers. In return, we offer training and development opportunities, including support for professional exams and career growth within a global organization.

Our ideal candidate has administrative or pension experience, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. They are a team player who can work to deadlines and possess a good understanding of Word and Excel.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as pension and life assurance scheme, private medical care, cycle to work scheme, virtual GP, and employee assistance programme.
