Automotive Stock Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage parts team performance, ensuring timely answering of phones and completion of after-sales tasks.
- Liaise with the service manager to resolve any VOR issues.
- Monitor and chase back orders, ensuring efficient stock receipt and reconciliation.
- Report discrepancies and manage return of exchange units.
- Organize rolling stock takes and report findings.
- Manage negative stock and driver responsibilities.
- Sign off van check sheets.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and parts or automotive industry experience.
- Parts stock control qualification preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Computer literacy with Excel knowledge.
- FLT licence.
